The Candidate Experience
With Red Rock Training, your staff can study online from home, on the move or at their desks - 24 hours a day, seven days a week if they like! It’s a flexible way of training which can fit around their work patterns and their personal lives. Here is a quick overview:

Our unique ‘knowledge tree’ enables candidates to log in and out at times which suit them, reminding them where they are in the course at any time and of work that has been completed to date

All of our online courses are user friendly with built in Knowledge Points and reinforcement questions at the end of each module.

Each page of the course has a built-in on-screen ‘Notepad’ which candidates can use to make notes on any of the learning pages, allowing them to review these later as reminders of important points.

If a page contains a particularly relevant or important fact which must be remembered, then a Knowledge Point light bulb at the top of the page will light up, and a Post-it note graphic containing the relevant information will be displayed. This information can then be copied straight to the candidate’s Notepad for future reference should they wish, simply by clicking on the Notepad icon shown alongside.

Each page also has its own notes, which are collected together in the correct order and shown in a full ‘Course Notes’ panel which can also be downloaded as a PDF file.

There is a multiple-choice test at the end of each course, which can be repeated as many times as it takes to pass.

Once the candidate has passed the course, their certificate is automatically sent to you, their employer.

Certificates can also be made available for candidates to download and print from their own secure area of the website if you prefer.
