Company Induction Programmes
The process of carrying out inductions for new employees can be time consuming and is often ineffective, with staff being asked to sit in a room for half a day - or even just to read a handbook and sign it at the end to say they have read it, whether they have or not!
Our in-house developed online learning platform gives us the ability to set up complete bespoke induction programmes for our clients. All you have to do is provide us with an electronic copy of your standard company documentation, for areas such as Employment Policies and Procedures, Company Mission Statement, Health and Safety Policies, Complaints or Grievance Procedures, Equal Opportunities Policies, Uniform or Dress Code, Fire Safety Training, Accident Reporting and so on.
We will then set all of this information up on our systems, as well as fully branding it with your logo and colour schemes if user volumes are sufficient. Once loaded, all of the information will be broken into sections and the staff member will be asked questions and given knowledge points to remember, before being asked to confirm at various stages throughout the programme that they have read and understood the information which they have been given.
This provides you with a full audit trail of every staff member that has completed the programme, and enables you to prove that the information has been provided to them, and accepted by them, in the event of a dispute – for example regarding a safety issue. It’s a simple and efficient process, which provides a more effective solution than traditional methods, whilst also reducing employee down-time and freeing up HR staff to focus on more complex issues.
