Covid 19 - An Employee's Role in Supporting Safety

Red Rock have produced a number of courses that cover important information about the health and safety of those at work. Some of these cover topics like Risk Assessment, COSHH, RIDDOR etc whilst others have been designed specifically around the implications of infections, particularly following the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020.

The Covid-19 specific information that has been released covers useful and relevant information for both employers and employees and here, we look at this topic from a staff member's point of view, as the health and safety of everyone in the workplace is of the utmost importance.

When at work, health and safety is the responsibility of everyone and as lock-down restrictions are eased, we are seeing a number of workplaces re-open. This brings with it a number of challenges which both employers and employees face and the purpose of this course is therefore to raise awareness of key information which would benefit EMPLOYEES when seeking to contribute towards minimising health and safety risks (both to themselves and others), particularly following the Covid-19 pandemic.
