Fire Legislation is different in Scotland to other parts of the United Kingdom. Companies are required to carry out their own risk assessment to ensure they are compliant with regulations and ensure staff receive adequate training. This course contributes towards these expectations by helping individuals to understand guidelines, legislation and processes as well as the importance of knowing and following organisational policies and procedures.

Everyone needs to understand their responsibilities in relation to the safety of themselves and others in the workplace and this course raises awareness to key information and potential workplace hazards beneficial when seeking to minimise risks.
